We provide all kinds of OEM casting services including silica sol casting, water glass, composite, aluminum zinc die casting, sanding casting, gravity

casting, low pressure casting and so on.

For investment casting, we have two processes: 

1. Investment casting process 

Normally used for the weight from 50 grams up to 50Kgs,

 

2. Lost wax combined process.
Considering the dimension stability, for the parts bigger than 50kgs to 200kgs,

we use combined process (white color lower-temperature wax)

And with our machining workshops, we can provide you with secondary treatment like:
1. Machining (CNC turning, drilling, milling, grinding)
2. Electro-polishing
3. Hand polishing (mirror polishing, satin polishing which roughness stay 0.2-0.4μm)
4. Metal plating(like chrome & nickel plating)
5. Hot galvanizing or cold zinc coating 

Regarding the material we offer lots of material according to customer specifications.

Investment casting introduction

Investment casting is one of the most used processes in the production of castings with high quality and finishing both in small and large production batches.

The modern derivation of the ancient lost wax process. The wax models are realized using machined or electro discharge machined aluminium moulds. Then, they will be placed into special tanks containing thermosetting resins and micro ceramic granules.

These two elements polymerize together, giving rise to an external coating that withstands the high temperatures of the molten metals.

In order to minimize the issaunce of microporosity on the castings, the so-called "casting cluster" or "Shell" is introduced into a high-temperature autoclave for the complete evacuation of residual wax, obtaining in this way a negative mould ready for the next operation.

At this point, after having preheated the "Shell" or "casting cluster", the molten metal is poured into it and left to cool in an environment with controlled temparature in order to avoid any metal work hardening.

The external coating will be destroyed and the castings will be removed singularly, before being submitted to machining or surface finishing.

Q: Can I get the samples?
A: Yes, sample order is available for quality check and market test, and it will be freight collect payment. If simple sample, we will not charge cost; If OEM/ODM samples, we will charge for the sample cost.

Q: What is the MOQ?
A:The MOQ is 100pcs when have the inventory.

Q:What's the delivery time?
A:The standard stamping parts is 3~7days after payment. If OEM or make the mould, we will confirm the delivery time with you.

Q: What's your payment term?
A: Payment terms are flexible for us in accordance with specific conditions. Generally we advise 30%TT deposit, balance be paid before shipment
